Refurbishment of 12 Andium Homes damaged in the floods in January 2023.
Once the houses had been dried out we completely refurbished the damaged areas on 12 houses including rescreeding the floors, hacking out and replacing damaged plaster, rewire damaged areas, replace the kitchens and redecorate all in a 20 week period.
