New build of 8 flats with shared roof terrace and ground floor restaurant with large al fresco area.
This is an inhouse development on a site that had been JMEC's offices. The building is currently being developed (opposite The Arts Centre) and will be St. Heliers' most iconic building as it is to be clad in green ceramic baguettes . The internals will be complete in early July 2024 with the baguettes being the final process shortly after.
